In case of disputes, You agree to first contact the Company to seek an amicable solution. For unresolved matters, disputes may be brought before competent Swiss courts in Zurich. EU users may invoke consumer protection rights applicable in their own country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
